Before Figma's rise in popularity, major companies including Google and YouTube predominantly used Sketch for UX design. In 2020, with Figma gaining momentum, I led an initiative in Zurich, Switzerland, collaborating closely with Figma representatives, to transition Google Europe to Figma’s platform. I partnered with senior leadership to develop an implementation plan, orchestrated site-wide training sessions for both design and engineering teams, and took the lead in transitioning YouTube's design libraries from Sketch to Figma.
